Madras HC orders Medical College to provide treatment for kidney transplant to a minor boy without insisting on father’s consent
The petitioner contended that insistence for getting the consent of the petitioner’s husband is arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of the minor child’s right to life guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution.
