The Faculty of Law, Tantia University, Sri Ganganagar, will host an International Conference on “The Constitution of India: Reimagining Fundamental Rights in a Dynamic World through Human Rights Lens” on 22—23 November 2025. The event aims to re-examine India’s constitutional values amid evolving social, digital, and human-rights challenges.

ABOUT THE FACULTY

The Faculty of Law, Tantia University, Sri Ganganagar was established in the Year 2015. The faculty is offering B.A.LL.B., LL.B., LL.M. and P.G. Diploma in Cyber Law (One Year Course). The Faculty of Law aims to equip the students to become competent and thoughtful lawyers who can serve society with integrity.

ABOUT THE CONFERNCE

The International Conference on “THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA: REIMAGINING FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN A DYNAMIC WORLD THROUGH HUMAN RIGHTS LENS” seeks to explore how the Constitution of India is continued to evolve in response to shifting socio-political realities, technological advances, and urgent human rights challenges. With democracy, freedom and dignity at the heart of constitutional values, the conference will address the role of constitutionalism in reimagining justice for the 21st century.

It aims to engage legal scholars, jurists, academicians, students, policymakers, lawyers on interpreting constitutions as living documents that adapt to changing times while safeguarding the core of human rights.
