On 28-10-2025, 3 Judges were sworn in as new Judges of Delhi High Court. Justice D.K. Upadhyaya, Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, administered the oath of office to the following Judges:

The Ministry of Law and Justice on 14-10-2025, notified the transfer of the afore-stated Judges from their respective High Courts.
Justice Jhingan and Justice Mehta were transferred from Rajasthan High Court whereas Justice Sudha was transferred from Kerala High Court.
