Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sattva Group and Colife Advisory Private Limited (” Colive“) in relation to a strategic arrangement which involves the establishment of a USD 100 million JV Platform by Sattva Group and Bain Capital for developing co-living projects across India which will be managed and operated by Colive under its brand name. Pursuant to the setting up of the above JV Platform, Sattva Group and Bain Capital also led Colive’s Series B fundraise.
CAM has also advised the JV Platform, the Sattva Group and Colive on the acquisition of the first two assets by the JV Platform in Bangalore and Pune, and on the corresponding operational arrangements.
