Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. acted as Indian counsel to Trip.com Group in connection with its share repurchase agreement with MakeMyTrip Limited. The value of this deal was approximately USD 3 billion as consideration for the repurchase of a portion of its Class B ordinary shares held by Trip.com.
