SC Collegium recommends appointment of 9 Advocates as Judges of Bombay HC

The Supreme Court Collegium comprising of Dr Justice DY Chandrachud, CJI, Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice BR Gavai, on 24-9-2024 resolved to recommend the following Advocates be appointed as Judges of the High Court of Bombay

1. Rajesh Sudhakar Datar,

2. Sachin Shivajirao Deshmukh,

3. Gautam Ashwin Ankhad,

4. Mahendra Madhavrao Nerlikar

5. Nivedita Prakash Mehta,

6. Prafulla Surendrakumar Khubalkar,

7. Ashwin Damodar Bhobe,

8. Rohit Wasudeo Joshi,

9. Advait Mahendra Sethna,

Their inter se seniority will be fixed as per the existing practice.
